Vermont Department of Health
Bridget O'Brien is a skilled Radiological and Toxicological Analyst at the Vermont Department of Health, with experience dating back to September 2016. Previously, Bridget served as an ORISE Fellow at the USEPA from August 2013 to September 2016 and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from March 2010 to July 2012, focusing on the health effects of environmental pollutants. In 2012, Bridget was employed as a Health Scientist at Eastern Research Group, where support was provided for occupational safety and health projects through an extensive review of literature regarding human health effects of chemicals. Bridget holds a Master of Science in Public Health in Environmental Sciences and Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
