Charlotte Safran

Charlotte Safran currently serves as Program Manager and Team Lead at the Vermont Department of Health, a position held since August 2018, while also being the founder of The Partnership Collective, which focuses on developing patient and family-centered care programs for hospitals and health systems. Prior to these roles, Charlotte worked as an Independent Consultant for the Vermont Department of Health from 2018 to April 2023, where the focus was on creating sustainable systems that foster partnerships to improve Maternal and Child Health programs. Additional experience includes a position in Patient Experience at the University of Vermont Medical Center from September 2015 to April 2023 and serving as a Counselor at Lund Family Center from 2012 to 2014.
