David Grass is currently serving as the Senior Environmental Health Program Manager at the Vermont Department of Health, overseeing multiple programs with a significant budget. David previously held positions as an Educator Assistant Professor at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont, City Research Scientist at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and Fulbright Scholar at the Chilean Fulbright Commission. David has a PhD in Climate Science, Atmospheric Science, and Environmental Health Science from Columbia University.
