Denise Kall is a seasoned public health professional currently serving as a Public Health Analyst III at the Vermont Department of Health since December 2014, specializing in the Immunization Program and leading the COVID-19 Vaccination Data Team. Kall has extensive experience in outbreak management and data analysis, having co-led a data team focused on early cluster detection during the COVID-19 response and developed systems for tracking outbreak-related data. Prior to this role, Kall was the Co-Director of the Honors Program at St. Ambrose University, where responsibilities included program design, faculty and student recruitment, and funding acquisition. Kall also has a background in academia, including a Visiting Assistant Professor position at Duke University and educational credentials featuring a Ph.D. in Sociology from Duke University and a BA in Sociology from the University of Delaware.
