Jacqueline Kelley is an accomplished Emergency Preparedness Specialist at the Vermont Department of Health, promoting public health emergency response in Franklin and Grand Isle counties since September 2022. As the Co-Founder, Website Designer, and Publicity Coordinator of the Wheels for Jacquie Foundation, Jacqueline assists differently-abled individuals with funding for accessible vehicles. Previous experience includes roles at Joblink, Aflac Group Insurance, and various positions during Jacqueline's time at Providence College, where engagement in disability advocacy, student leadership, and website design were prominent. Jacqueline holds a BA in Political Science with a Minor in Music from Providence College and is pursuing further degrees in Political Science and Music at University College Dublin and a Master’s degree in Disability Studies from the University of Leeds.
