Melissa Southwick

Melissa Southwick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health program management and case management. Currently serving as the My Healthy Vermont Program Manager at the Vermont Department of Health since January 2022, Melissa has previously held multiple leadership roles at SASH Vermont, including SASH Director and Operations and Quality Assurance Manager, from October 2014 to December 2021. Before that, Melissa worked as a Case Manager at CVAA/Age Well from July 2002 to October 2014 and as a Financial Case Manager at East House from November 2000 to June 2002. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from SUNY Brockport.
