Peter Rossi

Peter Rossi currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Vermont Electric Cooperative, the largest public distribution electric utility in Vermont, overseeing operations and ensuring reliable energy services for approximately 32,000 members. Prior to this role, Peter was the Manager of Service Operations at Powder River Energy Corp from January 2007 to March 2017, and worked as a Certified I/T Consultant at IBM from July 1999 to January 2007. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Computer Science from Bates College.
