Chesley Schamroth

Chesley Schamroth currently serves as the Director of HR Business Partners & Recruitment at VEIC, a position held since June 2007, with a focus on human resources leadership, talent development, and organizational change. Previous roles at VEIC include Sr. Manager and Manager of HR Business Partners, and Human Resources Generalist, where efforts concentrated on partnership across HR functions and supporting various departments in talent acquisition. Prior to VEIC, Chesley worked as a Commercial Property Manager at Hines, overseeing a significant portfolio of mixed-use properties. Chesley earned a BA in English and Psychology from California State University, Chico, from 1992 to 1997.
