Kelly Lucci

Kelly Lucci has a diverse work experience that includes positions in both the public and private sectors. Kelly started their career at the Office of U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders, where they worked as a Staff Assistant, Outreach Assistant, and Outreach Representative from 2005 to 2011. In these roles, they gained experience in outreach and constituent relations.

In 2011, Kelly transitioned to the private sector and joined VEIC. Kelly initially served as a Public Affairs Manager, where they contributed to various communications and public relations efforts until 2014. Following this role, they became the Director of External and Government Affairs, overseeing government relations and directing stakeholder outreach for Efficiency Vermont, an energy efficiency utility, until 2017.

From 2017 to 2021, Kelly held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives and Engagement at VEIC. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing new projects and initiatives in alignment with Efficiency Vermont's long-term vision and strategy. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Strategy and Partnerships since November 2021, where they plan and executes the long-term strategy for Efficiency Vermont and cultivates strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated their expertise in strategy development, partnership cultivation, government relations, and project management.

Kelly Lucci obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Middlebury College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
