Matthew Walker

Matthew Walker is an experienced Regulatory Project Manager at Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, with a background in energy policy, planning, and regulation from the Vermont Public Service Department. At Vermont Public Service Department, Matthew independently managed activities related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, and transportation efficiency, including evaluation, measurement, and verification of utility programs. Matthew also played a vital role in stakeholder management and regulatory proceedings, representing the department in collaborative partnerships. Prior to this, Matthew developed environmental education coursework for high school students while working with the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps. Matthew holds a Masters of Environmental Law and Policy with a focus on Energy Law & Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School.
