Nancy Owens

Nancy Owens is the Vice Chair at Vermont Energy Investment Corporation. Nancy has over 25 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. For over 10 years, Nancy was the Director of Development at Cathedral Square, assembling financing, preparing budgets, and managing construction of affordable rental portfolios. In their previous role at Housing Vermont, Nancy worked to create and preserve affordable housing for low- and moderate-income Vermonters. Nancy is a tireless advocate for affordable housing and has been instrumental in creating and preserving housing for those who need it most in Vermont.

Nancy Owens attended the University of Vermont and studied environmental studies. Nancy then went on to work in the field of environmentalism.
