Rees Sweeney-Taylor

Rees Sweeney-Taylor is currently a Senior Consultant at VEIC, focusing on the design and delivery of Strategic Energy Management training. Prior experience includes serving as the Net Zero Grid Program Manager at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, managing a portfolio of grant and research programs related to energy storage, clean hydrogen, and grid resilience. Sweeney-Taylor has also held positions involving policy development and government engagement at The Engine, Form Energy, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. With a strong background in energy policy and research, Sweeney-Taylor has contributed to various initiatives, including legislative campaigns and strategic planning for organizations. Educational credentials include a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
