Doug Robinson

Doug Robinson has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the VP of Strategy & Innovation at Vermont Federal Credit Union since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Innovation & Strategy at the same company from March 2017 to January 2023. Doug also worked as an i3 Innovator at Filene Research Institute from December 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Doug founded and hosted a podcast called "Life of Wonder" from August 2016 to March 2018. Doug has a long history with Vermont Federal Credit Union, where they held various roles such as Loan Servicing Manager, Project Manager, and Executive Assistant from 2009 to 2016. In their roles at the credit union, they focused on improving member service, eliminating inefficiencies, and enhancing inter-departmental communication.

Doug Robinson earned their Bachelor's Degree in Religion & Philosophy from the University of Vermont, where they attended from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their undergraduate studies, Doug has also obtained certifications such as the CUES Advanced Management Program from Cornell University in April 2022, and the Certified Credit Union Executive Manager (CEM) from CUES in March 2022.
