Laura Knapp

Laura Knapp has over three decades of experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Customer Care Representative at Vermont Gas Systems, Inc. since February 2018. Prior to this role, Laura worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Queen City Printers Inc. from January 1991 to May 2017, specializing in high-quality commercial printing and mailing services. Earlier in their career, from 1986 to December 1990, Laura was the Assistant Product Marketing Manager at LOOK Alpine Products, where Laura sourced soft goods, collaborated with the hardgoods manager, and oversaw marketing materials and trade shows. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Vermont between 1981 and 1985.
