Derik Gagnon

Derik Gagnon is an experienced engineering manager currently leading a team of developers at Vermont Information Processing since July 2019, focusing on quality releases of iOS applications. Prior to this role, Derik served as a Team Lead Engineer, managing the release processes for multiple iOS applications and facilitating Scrum ceremonies. Earlier in the career at Vermont Information Processing, Derik contributed as a Software Engineer II, redesigning user functionality and converting a legacy web application to a native iOS app. Additional experience includes serving as a Tech Lab Tutor at Champlain College. Derik holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Innovation with a specialization in Mobile Development from Champlain College.
