Matthew Flynn has been working in the construction industry since at least October 2017, starting as a Trainee Construction Manager at ISG plc. Matthew later transitioned to roles such as Assistant Site Manager at Linear Projects Ltd and Vermont Construction, before becoming a Site Manager at Vermont Construction in March 2023. Prior to their work in construction, Matthew studied at Liverpool John Moores University from 2015 to 2020.
