Currently serving as Commercial Manager at Vermont Construction since June 2022, Neil oversees a team focusing on housing and apartment projects in the North-West of England. Prior roles include Commercial Director at Kellen Homes and Mulbury, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale residential projects and negotiating project costs. With extensive experience in quantity surveying roles at companies such as Bardsley Construction Limited and CPUK Group, Neil has developed expertise in contract management, procurement, and financial reporting, consistently delivering projects within budget. Neil's career progression reflects a commitment to excellence across various segments of the construction industry since starting as an Assistant Estimator in 1994.
