Heather Duhamel has extensive experience in early childhood education and leadership consulting. Since 2010, Heather has served as a consultant for Vermont Birth to Five and has been with Vermont PBS in a similar role since 2017. Heather holds a Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching and a Master's in Education with a focus on Educational Leadership, both obtained from the University of Vermont.
