Laurie Shepard-Kigonya has extensive experience in various roles such as Director of Facilities, Safety & Security, Human Resource Supervisor, Facilities Manager, Accounting Associate, and Production Supervisor/Accounting Associate. Laurie has a HRPD Certificate in Human Resources & Professional Development from CCV of Vermont. In their current role at Vermont Public, Laurie directs building system functions, coordinates new construction projects, and leads sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, Laurie worked at Northeastern Family Institute of Vermont and Reprographics of New England in accounting and production roles.
