Helen Ruel

Helen Ruel is an experienced professional currently serving as the Branch Manager at VSECU since November 2001, where expertise includes branch operations, loan origination and underwriting, data analysis, interpersonal skills, staff management, and cross-selling to identify customer needs. In addition, Helen is a co-owner of Rustic Restaurant and Sports Bar, a family-run establishment that has been in operation since 1956.
