Janice Saunders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Servicing Specialist at VSECU since July 2017, Janice has developed strong expertise in servicing operations. Prior to this role, Janice worked at Merchants Bank from September 2003 to May 2017 as a Customer Call Center Representative, where foundational skills in client communication and problem resolution were honed.
