Laurie Fielder

Laurie Fielder possesses extensive experience in green lending and sustainability initiatives within the credit union sector. Currently serving as VP of Green Lending at New England Federal Credit Union since December 2023, Laurie aims to enhance access to green financing for a sustainable future. Prior leadership roles include VP and VGreen Program Director at VSECU, where Laurie directed the green lending program, collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate loans and deposit products for energy upgrades. Previous experience includes roles at SunCommon, Central VT Community Action Council, Rumney Memorial School, and Hanley Wood LLC, demonstrating a strong background in project management, operational leadership, and community engagement. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Vermont.
