Emily Wiezalis worked at Castleton University from January 2004 until November 2022, serving as an Assistant Dean of Enrollment. Emily then joined Vermont State University in September 2022 as the Director of Enrollment Communications.
Emily Wiezalis completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from Castleton University in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued Geography and Environmental Systems at the University at Buffalo from 1993 to 1997.

Students admitted and matriculated this year will be the first students to graduate from the new university.
