Phil Moe has a diverse background in healthcare and sports officiating. Currently serving as a Porter at Vern Eide Motorcars since February 2023, Phil previously held the position of Therapy Services Manager at Avera McKennan Hospital for 28 years, from September 1994 to October 2022. Additionally, Phil served as a certified high school basketball official in South Dakota for nearly two decades with the SDHSAA until March 2019. As a long-standing member of the APTA from 1980 to 2011, Phil's contributions to the field were recognized with the 2012 National Legislative Leadership Award. Phil holds a Certificate in Physical Therapy from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, earned between August 1978 and June 1980.
