Diana Pun

Diana Pun has a comprehensive work experience in the field of experience design. Diana currently holds the position of Lead Experience Designer at Verndale since October 2021. Previously, they worked at Digitas North America, where they held the roles of Lead Experience Designer from July 2021 to October 2021, and Senior Experience Designer from June 2016 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Experience Designer at GroupeConnect - a Publicis Groupe Solution, from June 2016 to October 2021. Earlier in their career, Diana worked as a User Experience Designer at Big Studio, LLC from March 2013 to May 2016 and at Keoyo Inc. from June 2012 to March 2013. In these roles, they developed a wide range of skills and expertise in areas such as persona development, user journey mapping, UI specifications, facilitation of client workshops and brainstorming sessions, competitor analysis, focus groups, and user testing. Diana also demonstrated proficiency in launching communication apps, collaborating on product roadmaps and release plans, and creating visual assets for promotional purposes and fundraising endeavors.

Diana Pun has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampshire College, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Diana'sfield of study focused on design, user research, and architecture. In 2018, Diana attended General Assembly to gain knowledge in front-end web development. In 2017, they also completed a program at the 4A's Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies (IAAS).
