Brianna Walker

Brianna Walker is an experienced librarian and technology specialist, currently serving as the Technology and Instruction Librarian at the Vernon Area Public Library District since October 2018. Prior to this role, Brianna worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at IFF (CDFI) from October 2015 to September 2018, and held various positions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, including Help Desk Graduate Assistant and Instructional Technology Graduate Assistant from August 2013 to January 2015, as well as Cataloger from October 2012 to May 2013. Brianna holds a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) with a focus on Instruction, Technology, and Public Librarianship, earned from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the same university from 2008 to 2012.
