Kathleen Ybarra

Kathleen Ybarra has extensive experience in library and healthcare operations. Currently serving as a Business Operations Associate at Vernon Area Public Library District since April 2017, Kathleen has also held roles at Glen Ellyn Public Library in Circulation Services since April 2015. Prior experience includes a position as a Patient Account Coordinator at Midwest Surgery from November 2015 to June 2016, and an Account Manager at UnitedHealth Group from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in career, Kathleen worked as a Patient Account Coordinator at Illinois Urological Institute from June 2006 to June 2012. Kathleen's education includes studies at the College of Southern Nevada and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
