Rachel Shulman is the Head of Youth & School Services at Vernon Area Public Library District. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Youth Services Librarian at the same institution. Rachel also has experience as a Bookseller at Barnes & Noble and as a Summer Reading Club Page at Cook Memorial Library. Rachel holds a BA in English Literature and History from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MLS in Library Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
