Elizabeth Filter

Elizabeth Filter serves as the Chairperson of the Board at La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce since January 2022 and has been the President and CEO of VARC, Inc. since August 2009, where roles have included Executive Vice President and Director of Rehabilitation. Additionally, Elizabeth Filter is a board member of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) since January 2021 and previously held the position of President of the Board of Directors at Disability Service Provider Network until January 2022 and served on the Board of Directors for Rehabilitation For Wisconsin in Action in a past president capacity in 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
