Trisha Lepke

Trisha Lepke is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for VERNON, COUNTY OF since February 2023. Prior to this role, Trisha worked as a Human Resources Employee Development & Relations Specialist at BAPI from August 2021 to February 2023, and held various positions at WCCU Credit Union, including Human Resource Management Partner and Payroll & Benefits Coordinator from June 2020 to August 2021. Trisha's experience also includes roles at Lepke Trucking & Excavating, Sylvan Glen Supper Club, and CrossFit Viroqua. Trisha's career began at Vernon Memorial Healthcare as a Human Resource Generalist from June 2005 to August 2016, and included a brief tenure as Finance & Insurance Manager at Vernon County Chrysler & Jeep. Trisha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Viterbo University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Edgewood College.
