Kasandra Aristizabal

Kasandra Aristizabal is an experienced School Psychologist with a demonstrated history of providing psychological services in the educational setting. Currently serving at Vernon Township Board of Education since September 2013, significant expertise includes conducting psychoeducational assessments, offering counseling to students in grades K-8, and developing behavior intervention plans. Prior to this role, Kasandra completed a School Psychologist Internship at West Orange Board of Education and served as a Special Education Teacher Assistant and Substitute Teacher at Harding Township School. With a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology focused on Child and Adolescent studies and a Bachelor's in Psychology, Kasandra has a strong educational foundation that supports a collaborative approach with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student well-being and achievement.
