Catherine “Cat” Bushong

Catherine “Cat” Bushong has held a variety of roles in the professional staffing and business solutions industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Job Developer and Coach at the Northern Kentucky Area Development District. During this time, they provided career counseling and employment preparation to KTAP receipients and managed business development within five counties for volunteer and employment placement. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Randstad USA as an Account Executive and Business Development Executive for Accounting & Finance. Here, they acted as a liaison between The Mergis Group and clients in the Northern Cincinnati area, drove sales by prospecting for new clients, and generated future income by maintaining existing customer satisfaction. From 2015 to 2018, Bushong was a Division Director of Sales at Robert Half. During this time, they increased Branch revenue to average +4 million yearly revenue, trained and developed one Division Director, and maintained and excelled individual staffing production performance. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Director of Sales at Catapult Solutions Group. Here, they worked directly with new and existing clients to understand technical architecture, project plans, and growth strategies to maximize service offerings. In 2020, Bushong was a Technology Business Development Manager at Vernovis and a Board of Directors at getWITit Cincinnati. At Vernovis, their role was to help people and, organizational and community enablement. At getWITit Cincinnati, they fostered an environment that inspired diverse thought within technology. In 2022, Bushong became an Ambassador at The Circuit.
