Deborah Heile

Deborah Heile has over 35 years of experience in the IT industry. Deborah began their career as a Programmer at Allis-Chalmers Industrial Pump Division in 1981. Deborah then moved to Access Corporation in 1982 as a Senior Programmer/Analyst. In 1986, they became a Lead Software Engineer at International TechneGroup Inc. In 1989, Deborah returned to Access Corporation as a Manager in the Software Development Department. Deborah then became a Project Leader in the Consulting Services Department. In 1994, Deborah joined TriHealth as a Supervisor Data Analytics for TriHealth Corporate Health, where they were responsible for the Healthy Directions program and automating processes. In 2017, they were promoted to Data Integration Manager, managing the areas of Data Interfaces, Context Management, Device Integration, Data Conversion and Data Archive. Deborah currently works as a Data Warehouse Consultant for Vernovis, since 2018.

Deborah Heile attended the University of Cincinnati from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics (Computer Science Option). Prior to that, they attended Reading Community High School.
