Umaporn Whittaker-Thompson has extensive work experience in the field of communications and marketing. Umaporn started their career at AIS - Advanced Info Services Plc. in 2011 as an International Client Engagement Officer. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Move Ahead Media as a Social Media Manager - APAC. Umaporn then joined Vero in 2014 and held the positions of Account Manager and later Digital Account Director until 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Vero as an Account Director - Consumer, where they led the agency's consumer and lifestyle team and managed digital marketing campaigns. Umaporn also held the position of VP - Brand PR & Influence at Vero from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Group VP, Consumer Communications at Vero, starting in November 2022. Throughout their career, Umaporn has worked with various clients in diverse industries, including Estée Lauder Companies, Nestle, and Electronic Arts.
Umaporn Whittaker-Thompson obtained a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from Naraesuan University from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed high school at Triam Udom Suksa School from 2002 to 2004, specializing in French Language and Literature. Additionally, they hold a certification in Google Adwords.
