MacEy Hurst

Macey Hurst is a professional with extensive experience in engineering, security, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Trainer at B&R Industrial Automation since January 2022, Macey previously worked as a WebApp Security Engineer at Saltworks Security, LLC, from February 2015 to January 2022, focusing on dynamic scan troubleshooting and client Java and Python projects. Macey's background includes roles such as Student Research Assistant at Kennesaw State University, where research on electromagnetic soft actuators was conducted, and PLC Programming Intern at Primetals Technologies, assisting with programming for metal processing equipment. In academia, Macey contributed as a Teaching Assistant in Engineering Electronics labs.
