Kaisa Hölttä

Kaisa Hölttä is a Customer Insight Specialist at Verohallinto since March 2023, focusing on customer insight surveys, stakeholder collaboration, customer journey creation, and data analysis. Previously, Kaisa held the position of Manager for Alumni Engagement & Mentoring at Aalto University from 2009 to March 2023, where responsibilities included service development for alumni, facilitation of global networks, event organization, and management of stakeholder data, with a key achievement being the launch of a multidisciplinary mentoring program for 400 alumni and students. Kaisa holds a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Helsinki and an MBA in Service Innovation and Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
