Russ Walter

Russ Walter is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director at Verona Pharma since May 2025, Walter leads a team of Respiratory Sales Specialists in promoting Ohtuvayre for COPD within the Mountain West Region. Prior to this role, Walter held strategic positions at AbbVie, including Associate Director/Strategic Account Manager, where accomplishments included launching Elahere for Platinum Resistant Ovarian Cancer as the top oncology launch in a decade. With previous roles at notable companies such as Dendreon, Averitas Pharma, Radius Health, and Allergan, Walter has consistently demonstrated the ability to increase sales and lead high-performing teams across diverse therapeutic areas. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
