Yohanna Pepa

Yohanna Pepa currently serves as Chief Of Staff at Veronica Beard since May 2022. Prior to this role, Yohanna pursued an MBA at The Wharton School from August 2020 to May 2022 and briefly worked in Sustainability Strategy at Reformation in 2021. Yohanna has extensive experience in private sector partnerships as a Senior Advisor at the Tent Partnership for Refugees from January 2018 to December 2019, and served as an Investment Analyst at ArrowMark Partners from May 2013 to December 2017, also holding roles as a Tax Lien Analyst and Investment Management Intern during this time. Earlier professional experiences include instructing at Yale University during the summer sessions of 2011 and 2012. Yohanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University.
