Melba Rivera-Irizarry

Melba Rivera-Irizarry has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Melba most recently worked at Verra Mobility as the Vice President of Global Product Management, where they were responsible for driving growth and improving product economics. Prior to that, they held various roles at Uber, including Head of Specialized Services - Product, Operations & Financing, where they successfully developed internal products and boosted customer satisfaction. Melba also worked at Apollo Education Group - University of Phoenix as a Senior Director of Operations, where they implemented initiatives to enhance customer experience. In addition, they have experience as a General Manager and Majority Stockholder at Rico Pollo Inc, where they successfully negotiated contracts and managed a staff of 20+. Melba began their career at KPMG as a Senior Auditor, where they gained experience in financial auditing and client accounts.

Melba Rivera-Irizarry holds a Masters Degree in Accountancy and Accounting Information Systems from Bowling Green State University. Melba also earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Additionally, they have completed the Coaching Mastery program at Coachville. Melba Rivera-Irizarry is a Certified Public Accountant and holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) and Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
