Oscar Mellegers has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Oscar currently works as the Director of Product Management Europe at Verra Mobility. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Ricoh Europe, including Head of GTM Strategy & Portfolio Marketing EMEA, Head of Digital Workplace & Workstyle Solutions Product Management EMEA, Head of Mid Market GTM Strategy & Portfolio Marketing EMEA, and Head of Product Management & Marketing EMEA, Communication Services. Oscar also served as a Business Development Manager EMEA, Communication Services, Project Leader, Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Multifunctional Printer Products, Environmental Sustainability Consultant, Product Marketing Manager, and Jr. Product Marketing Manager at Ricoh Europe. Oscar began their career as a Sales Support Specialist at SCM. Throughout their career, they have successfully launched campaigns, grown business portfolios, and led cross-functional teams.

Oscar Mellegers completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in the years 2001 to 2005. In 2017, they attended IMD for a program titled "Pricing Excellence in B2B Markets."
