Rhea Jones

Rhea Jones is an experienced Client Support Supervisor at Verra Mobility since April 2017, overseeing a team of 4-6 Client Support Specialists and managing client portfolios, Client Services processes, and special projects. Previously, Rhea served as a Senior Client Support Specialist at Verra Mobility, where responsibilities included handling process improvements and KPIs. Prior to this, Rhea worked at American Traffic Solutions in various roles, including Client Support Specialist and Mobile Speed Camera Operator, and gained experience at Tacoma Goodwill Industries and Walmart in electronics and technology positions. Rhea began a career in public service as a Correctional Officer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Educational background includes attendance at Bee County College from 1991 to 1992.
