Breffni Lynch

Breffni Lynch has extensive experience in management within the fields of registry and data management, emissions trading, and ICT support services. Currently serving as Senior Director, Registry and Data Management at Verra since October 2019, Breffni has held various leadership roles, including Director of Registry Operations at Environmental Resources Trust from July 2023 to July 2025 and Service Delivery Manager for the European Commission from November 2011 to August 2018. Breffni's earlier positions include Service Manager at Accenture and IT Helpdesk Services Manager at Dublin City University, where oversight of technology support was provided to thousands of staff and students. Additional experience includes Operations Manager at HP and Team Leader at COMPAQ GLOBAL SERVICES. Breffni holds an MBA from Dublin City University and an MA from University College Dublin.
