Dr. Ruth Dagan

Dr. Ruth Dagan serves as an Article 6 Advisor in the UNFCCC Legal Affairs Division at UN Climate Change since November 2022 and has been a partner at Herzog, Fox & Neeman since October 2005, leading the Environment and Climate Change practice. Dagan's expertise encompasses advising technology companies in the Climatech sector as well as corporations in industrial manufacturing and energy. Additionally, Dr. Dagan is involved as a User Forum Member at the Climate Action Data Trust and serves as the Director of Climate Change and International Collaborations at the Arison Center for ESG, Reichman University. Other roles include membership in the VERRA VCS Program Advisory Group and as a Global Advisory Board Member at InNegev. Academic contributions as an adjunct professor in environmental and climate law span across Tel Aviv University’s Coller School of Management and The Buchmann Faculty of Law. Dr. Dagan holds a Doctorate in Environmental Law and Finance and multiple degrees from New York University and Tel Aviv University.
