Juan Batista

Juan Batista is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Operations & Support at Verra since April 2024, Juan previously held the position of Senior Infrastructure Manager at NRUCFC from December 2020 to April 2024, overseeing Microsoft Windows Infrastructure, Azure, and M365. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Apple Federal Credit Union spanned from June 2003 to June 2020, where Juan achieved 99.95% system availability and managed online banking operations for 80,000 customers.
