Michael Donahue

Michael Donahue is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in construction law. Currently serving as a Partner in the Construction Practice Group at Verrill since December 2022, Michael has previously held the role of Partner at Duane Morris LLP in the Construction, Trial, and Appellate Practice Groups from April 2010 to December 2022. Prior to that, work included an Associate position followed by partnership at McCarter & English LLP (formerly Gadsby Hannah LLP) in the Construction Practice Group, with co-chair responsibilities from 2006 to 2010. Michael began the legal career as an Associate at Corwin & Corwin LLP from September 1990 to April 1996. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and History from the University of Dayton.
