Katherine Labruzzo

Katherine Labruzzo is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and policy development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at VersaBank since November 2024, Katherine previously held the roles of Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist at OSG, where responsibilities included managing the People & Culture department's daily operations and ensuring legislative compliance. Additional experience includes instructing courses on Human Resources and Health & Safety Management at Fanshawe College and providing program support for income and employment services at the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. Katherine holds a Master of Education from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College.
