Lokesh Kesavan

Lokesh Kesavan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lokesh started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at ISRO - Indian Space Research Organisation in 2009. Lokesh then moved on to Nokia as a Software Engineer Intern in 2010 before joining Wipro Limited as an Associate Consultant in 2011. In 2012, Lokesh became an Associate Software Engineer at Extreme Networks, where they worked until 2014. Lokesh then served as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2014 to 2015. Lokesh joined Versa Networks in 2015 as a Software Engineering Intern and later returned to the company in 2017 as a Solutions Architect. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Principal Solutions Architect. Lokesh also worked at Frontier Communications as a Software Engineer and Software Engineer Intern from 2016 to 2017. Overall, Lokesh has gained valuable experience in various software engineering roles, from internships to senior positions, in both the private and public sectors.

Lokesh Kesavan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. This degree was obtained from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, Lokesh earned a Master's degree in Computer Science and Computer Networking from The University of Texas at Dallas, from 2014 to 2016. Before pursuing their Master's degree, Lokesh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from SRM University, from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Lokesh also holds certifications in various subjects, including Software Defined Networking, An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python, VLSI CAD: Logic to Layout, and Extreme Networks Associate and Specialist. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Coursera and Extreme Networks between 2012 and 2014.
