Mehul Desai is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in software development and architecture. Mehul has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

Mehul began their career at Marimba, Inc. in 1997, where they served as a Senior Engineer for three years. Mehul then joined Last Mile Service as a Senior Engineer in 2000 before transitioning to Blue Coat Systems in 2001, where they worked as a Senior Engineer in the Applications group.

In 2003, Mehul joined Avocent Corp as a Software Architect, responsible for computer systems management software. During their time there, they served Fortune 100 companies like Google, Yahoo, and eBay.

In 2007, Mehul joined Efficient Frontier, the largest search engine marketing company in the world, as a UI and Back-end Software Architect. There, they worked on a large-scale data-centric system serving major online advertisers.

From 2010 to 2013, Mehul worked as a Mobile Web Developer in a private capacity, focusing on developing mobile applications for iPhone, Android, and iPad. Mehul utilized technologies like JQuery, HTML5, PHP, and Phonegap/Cordova, and integrated with Facebook API.

After that, Mehul moved on to Packet Design in 2010, where they served as a Principal UI Engineer. Mehul contributed to the development of internet IP traffic analysis, diagnosis, and planning software.

Most recently, Mehul joined Versa Networks in 2014 as a UI Architect. Versa Networks is a startup backed by Sequoia, specializing in providing NFV solutions to enterprises and providers.

Throughout their career, Mehul has demonstrated expertise in various technologies and platforms, including Java, web development frameworks, database management, and network virtualization. Mehul possesses a strong understanding of UI design, software architecture, and system integration.

From 1988 to 1991, Mehul Desai attended the University of NSW in Sydney, Australia. Mehul pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, earning an honors degree in EE (Honors) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer.
