Raj Pathak is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience in network technologies and account management. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Versa Networks since September 2018, Raj manages key accounts, leads quarterly business reviews, and gathers customer feedback for business and technical improvements. Previously held the position of Principal Engineer at Versa Networks, focusing on SD-WAN, network virtualization, and team management. Raj's career began at CMS Infosystems as a Network Engineer, followed by roles at France Telecom as a Network Service and Support Engineer and at Cisco as a Customer Service Engineer, where expertise in network implementation and troubleshooting was developed. Educational qualifications include a B-Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology.
