Syed Mubarak

Syed Mubarak began their work experience in 2010 as a student at Anand Institute of Higher technology. Syed then joined Vodafone Global Shared Services India in 2015 as a Network Engineer, where they gained experience troubleshooting routing and switching issues, working on device migration, and integrating WAN links. Syed was later promoted to Network Consultant, where they handled CRM tickets, collaborated with ISP vendors, and resolved local network outages. In 2018, they became a Network Specialist, focusing on troubleshooting L2 and L3 issues and managing WAN and iWAN problems. In 2019, Mubarak joined Versa Networks as a NOC Engineer, responsible for managing SDWAN headend components and performing hardware and software upgrades. Syed then advanced to the Senior Engineer role, where they worked on SASE deployments, helped customers troubleshoot SAAS based deployments, and led customer meetings. Currently, they are Senior TAC Engineer at Versa Networks.

Syed Mubarak completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anand Institute of Higher Technology, from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Nellai Nadar Matric Hr.Sec.school from 2005 to 2010, where they completed their 12th grade with a focus on Biology, General.

In addition to their formal education, Syed Mubarak has obtained several certifications. Syed became a Versa Certified Secure SD-WAN Administrator from Versa Networks in December 2020. In August 2018, they also achieved the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification from Cisco. Furthermore, they hold a CCNA certification from Cisco, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
